The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, bridging AI capabilities with real-world industrial applications across motor control and power systems. You should be as comfortable defining enterprise AI strategy as you are partnering with engineering and operations teams. Driving adoption of data-driven tools across technical and non-technical stakeholders is essential, and you should have proven experience delivering operational and financial outcomes in industrial environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and execute enterprise AI strategy aligned with business objectives
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across operations and products
- Establish data governance standards and master data management frameworks.
- Drive AI integration into motor control and power systems portfolio.
- Implement AI-driven solutions for manufacturing and supply chain optimization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop AI-enabled offerings
- Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Champion AI adoption across operations with comprehensive training programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 8-12 years progressive AI/ML experience
- Track record of translating AI into measurable EBITDA impact
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence skills
- Ability to bridge AI technology with industrial applications
- Change management and data adoption leadership experience
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional AI initiatives
