A history of performance

Formed in 2019, the Amconex Group (previously known as the Benshaw group) combined the experience and capabilities of world-leading advanced motor control companies AuCom & Benshaw to empower industry worldwide.

Founded in 1983 and based in Pittsburgh, Benshaw specializes in motor and power controls and protection for NEMA markets.

While many in industry have come to know Benshaw through their leadership position in low and medium voltage solid state motor control technologies, they also offer a comprehensive line of electro-mechanical motor controls and drives. Today, Benshaw is widely recognized as the preferred source for a wide range of applied motor controls and motor protection products, and as a world leader in mission critical motor control solutions for heavy/severe duty industries and applications.
